1.1 Tilgang til tjenester

In order for bidders to be able to open Boxn for deliveries of goods and for the customer, bid center and supplier to receive a receipt for delivered goods, the customer must have a valid subscription agreement. Subscription at Konseptboks AS does not cover the cost of delivery from online stores and delivery to Boxn. This also applies to the return.

1.2 Bytte av abonnement

If the customer has entered into a binding agreement, the customer can switch to another subscription without incurring a breach fee if the new subscription offered has the same or higher monthly fee.

If there is no current lock-in period on the subscription, the customer can change to a smaller subscription free of charge. The change will begin to run from the turn of the month the month after the change is submitted.

If the customer sees the need to receive more deliveries per month, the customer can change the subscription. When changing a subscription, this will last until the customer again chooses to make a change to another subscription.

1.3 Oppgradering og konfigurasjon

On communication equipment sold with Boxn, Konseptboxn can store and make changes to configuration settings and other relevant parameters. Konseptboxn can also upgrade the software. Normally, such changes and upgrades will not be noticed by the customer. If an upgrade causes the equipment to malfunction, the Konseptboxn will correct the error.

1.4 Bruksbegrensning

If the number of deliveries and returns within a month exceeds what the subscription indicates, the cost per delivery will be NOK 20 per delivery above the terms of the subscription.

If the Customer is in a lock-in period, the Customer may terminate the subscription agreement free of charge if changes are to the detriment of the Customer.
